Parade Information:

We are number 16 in the Days of '47 Parade, which means that we will be on camera between 9:15 and 9:30. 

We meet at DHS at 7:00 a.m. on the 24th and depart for Salt Lake at 7:30.  The parade begins at 9:00.  We are entry #16, which means that we will be on the street by 9:16. 

The parade terminates at Liberty Park.  Students will have about 30 minutes to relax and get a drink before we head home.  We should be back to Davis by 11:30 a.m. at the latest.Here is a link for the Day's Of 47' parade and a PDF file for the parade route

 

Charms:

Students can now log onto Charms to get forms and information. 

We will soon have all the student accounts loaded so parents can see their financial statement.  To log onto Charms:  Go to www.charmsoffice.com.  The school code is "davisbands" and the password is your student number (you can change the password once you are into Charms). 

 

Updated - Cookie Dough Information

NEW -

The cookie dough was delivered today, but with the mass quantity there are bound to be a few mistakes.  If you find that you are missing part of your order or have extra, please contact Royal Kennard at 801-556-7641.  Also, please do everything in your power to collect the money and turn it in by Saturday morning.  Make checks payable to the Davis High Band.

The cookie dough will be delivered on Wednesday morning before band. Students and parents can pick up their orders any time from 7:00 to 10:00.

Cookie dough orders are due Tuesday, July 6th. Any late orders will have to be taken directly to Royal Kennard of Aspen Valley fundrasing.
The product will be delivered by July 21st.

 

Day's of 47' Committe

The good news...I have received from the Days of '47 committee about 200 coupons that get you an all-day passport to Lagoon for $28.00.  This is a $15.00 savings on their general admission price.  The bad news...they are only valid through Monday the 26th.  I will have them available at band tomorrow (Wednesday).  If you are planning on a Lagoon visit within the next few days I will give them away until they are gone!
